Q:  Do I have to be home for the estimate?

A:  No.  We can perform your estimate, leaving behind a written estimate while you are away.  If we were provided with an email address, we will send it there.

Q:  What do I need to do before the job is started?

A: House Wash:

-Prefered if screens are removed for the best possible cleaning.

-All windows are closed and there is access to water unless discussed otherwise.

Deck Cleaning/ Seal/ Stain:

-All furniture or other items must be removed from deck.  If you are unable to do so, we will do it for you (please let us know prior to job).  The items we will not remove are the breakable items (flower pots, any glass, etc.)

-Access to water unless discussed otherwise.

Q: How much will my deck/house/fence/building cleaning cost?  Can I give you measurements over the phone?

A: We will be able to tell you exactly how much your project will cost after our inspection and detailed estimate.  We do not take measurements over the phone because it depends on more factors (how old your deck is, damage done/ mold, type of siding, etc.)

Q: Will your detergents kill my plants?

A: No.  We take precautions to ensure that plants will not be affected by our processes.  We pre-wet, cover and rinse as required by each job to protect your vegetation.

Q: Won’t the high pressure damage our surfaces?

A: We actually don’t use high pressure to clean most surfaces (concrete excluded most of the time).  We use our detergents to do the cleaning and our machines as low pressure rinsing tools.
